1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after our cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Notifications: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost with an estimated delivery of 2–3 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

5. Shipping Restrictions

Prohibited Deliveries: We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations where tobacco product shipments are restricted or prohibited.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Chillter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance if necessary.
